Teenagers 26.11.19 – teenager Harley tour surprise
One of the mum’s rang us. Could we organise a teenager Harley tour surprise! There was only one days notice but we could do it. The girls were doing something earlier in the morning so we picked them up from from a dessert bar in Chippendale.
The look of excitement on their faces was priceless. Our four Harley riders love it when passengers are excited. It makes their job more of a fun time rather than work.
Firstly, from Chippendale, they rode through part of the Sydney CBD. This led past Darling Harbour and onto the famous Sydney Harbour Bridge.
Famous Sydney Harbour Bridge
Riding over the famous Sydney Harbour Bridge is an eperience and a view, that we never ever tire of. We always tell our passengers to look up and enjoy the unique view. The rivets are so interesting and the arch is so iconic.
Blues Point Reserve
After riding off the Harbour Bridge, they rode to Blues Point Reserve. This is another area where the views across Sydney Harbour towards the Sydney Opera House and the CBD are magnificent. Also, there is a lovely view of Luna Park.
They continued riding on through North Sydney and Crows Nest before joining River Road. It is a fun road to ride on. River Road leads to Burns Bay Road which, in turn, leads to another bridge but not one of the main three.
Fig Tree Bridge – an extra!
The Fig Tree Bridge opened in 1963 and spans the Lane Cove River. They continued on and crossed the second of the bridges Tarban Creek Bridge. This spans Tarban Creek. Then they rode onto the second of the main 3 Bridges, the Gladesville Bridge. It has wonderful views along Parramatta River towards the Harbour Bridge and the city.
Gladesville Bridge
This bridge is on the main arterial thoroughfare of Victoria Road. They travelled along for a short while before turning off into the inner west suburb of Drummoyne. They followed the shoreline of Iron Cove which is part of the Parramatta River. It is also part of the 7 km long Bay Run.
However, time was up so our Harley riders dropped their passengers off at a prearranged spot. A Mum was there to drive them home. In conclusion, the teenager Harley tour surprise was a huge success. Passengers and riders alike, had a lot of fun.
