Harbour Bridge sightseeing trike tour

A family in Sydney wanted to do a sightseeing Bridge trike tour. We were happy to organise it for them. Their main aim was to ride over the Sydney Harbour Bridge. However, there was next to no traffic so they saw a lot more.

Sydney Harbour Bridge

Steve picked them up from their hotel in the city. Firstly they rode through the city to the Sydney Harbour Bridge. With great excitement, they rode over the Bridge. In other words, they were finally achieving their goal.

The Sydney Harbour Bridge is famous for a reason. It is a real work of art. Check out the rivets and the arches as you ride over it. It is wonderful to see without a metal roof of a car or bus blocking your view.

Blues Point Reserve

They rode to Blues Point Reserve which has wonderful views across Sydney Harbour towards the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Sydney Opera House.

Admiralty House and Kirribilli House

After that, because there was no traffic, Steve continued into the lower north shore. They rode around Kirribilli, past Admiralty House and Kirribilli House. Admiralty House is the Sydney official residence of the Governor-General of Australia. Kirribilli House is the secondary official residence of the Prime Minister of Australia.

Kirribilli Loop

Then they did the Kirribilli Loop. This takes you down to the Harbour, near Jeffrey St Wharf and under the Harbour Bridge, on the north side.

After that, they rode back over the Bridge and up to Mrs Macquarie’s Point for a look at the wonderful view. From there, look west across Sydney Harbour towards the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Sydney Opera House.

However, time was up so Steve dropped them off at Martin Place to continue their exploration of Sydney. In conclusion, the sightseeing Bridge trike tour was a huge success. Above all, they ticked off their main aim – riding over the Bridge.
